What do we solve?
The inputs are very numerous and dense in information, ranging from interviews, surveys and CVs to evaluation reports, communications through official channels or completion of employee objectives. All these inputs (contained in a multitude of formats) are made up of unstructured information, which must be analysed manually. This process has a high cost for the company. The cost is economical, due to the hours of output carried out by those involved, and in terms of opportunity, as the time spent on it works against the interests of the company, not forgetting the implicit cognitive bias that this type of process entails. The industry trend also indicates that the volumes of information to be handled will continue to increase, but not the size of the teams dedicated to the tasks

This solution can be scaled to focus on employee training, offering personalized and specific content for the professional development of the new hire.
