What do we resolve?

Traditional communication channels do not meet the needs of healthcare professionals for agility and security. Novartis wanted to solve this problem by offering its doctors a tool that would allow them to communicate with each other, but also give the brand itself the opportunity to communicate with doctors in a non-face-to-face manner, carry out marketing actions and get to know its target audience better. Given the international nature of the organisation, the solution also had to be scalable to other regions.

How do we resolve it?

The dezzai digital relationship channel is an encrypted social platform that provides an online communication channel for physicians to communicate with each other and with Novartis. This tool allows healthcare professionals to engage in discussions, get informed and share information knowing that they are among peers in a secure environment.
