What do we solve?

Since there are no standardized criteria for the detection of dental pathologies, the neutrality and speed of the clinical assessment is affected by external factors, such as the expertise of the professional interpreting the radiological image or its quality. This has a direct impact, both on the quality and accuracy of the future treatment applied to the patient, as well as on the economic efficiency of the clinic. 

How do we solve it?

Through algorithms developed and trained by a team of mathematicians and specialists in image recognition, Dentomo is able to automatically identify 5 oral pathologies (caries, root debris, dystopias, abrasions and impacted teeth) and 9 previous treatments that the patient has undergone (implants, crowns, dental pins, fillings, brackets, retainers, partial fillings, bridges and dental veneers), by interpreting images in DICOM format from a radiological examination performed on a CBCT machine.
